The Grants team secures long-term financial support for GHI through grant applications and relationship building with funding bodies. The Grants Team is a subteam of the General Research Team, so responsibilities may overlap.

Team Objectives

  • Write and submit grants and Letters of Intent (LOIs) to charitable foundations and funding bodies
  • Obtain long-term financial support for personnel, academic publications, and conference travel
  • Broaden professional connections within the funding landscape
  • Generate constructive feedback on project concepts from external stakeholders

The Grants Team is a subteam of the General Research Team, so responsibilities will often overlap between these teams.
